DhanGenie recognizes that accounting and tax professionals handle highly confidential financial, tax, and personal data belonging to their clients. We maintain rigorous administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of all Customer Data.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide workflow automation services, including firm contact information, authorized user credentials, uploaded financial records (e.g. purchase registers, GSTR-2B datasets) solely for processing requested reconciliations, and system activity logs for auditability.

3. Use of Data

Customer Data is used strictly to execute workflows configured by your authorized firm users. We do not sell, lease, rent, or trade client financial data to third parties. We do not use proprietary client books to train external machine learning models.

4. Data Security & Storage

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Access is strictly governed by role-based permissions configured by the firm administrator.
