1. Services Agreement
These Terms of Service govern the use of the DhanGenie workflow automation platform by accounting firms, tax professionals, and corporate organizations. By registering for an account or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Professional Responsibility
DhanGenie provides operational software and automated matching tools to assist accounting professionals. DhanGenie is not a Chartered Accountancy firm and does not provide legal, tax, or statutory audit opinions. The subscriber retains sole professional responsibility for verifying calculations, reviewing discrepancy reports, and submitting statutory filings to government authorities.
3. Account Security
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their user credentials and for managing appropriate permission levels for their partners, managers, and article assistants.
4. Subscription & Billing
Services are provided on a subscription basis under the selected tier (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh / Delhi NCR.
